The BusBoys and Otis Day combined their talents to play on New Year’s Eve at Harrah’s Casino in Metropolis, IL. The show was a sold out, standing room only success and it looks as if it was the start of something big.

The BusBoys and Otis Day and The Knights, two of America’s premier rock, roll and soul bands are best known for their iconic appearances in the two classic Hollywood blockbuster films “48 HRS.” and “Animal House” respectively.

Following on the heels of their breakout New Year’s Eve debut, the two artists will continue to tour the show through 2010. Onstage for the first time together, Otis Day and The BusBoys will be performing their hits “Shout” and “Boys Are Back In Town,” as well as other well known, upbeat songs for a combined set of pure butt bumpin’, rock and roll, rhythm and blues.

“Both Otis and I are happy to be representing the founding tradition of rock, roll and soul originated and embodied by the wonderful artist that created the genre” states Brian. “Get ready to pat your feet and dance your tail off.”

A documentary film about the The BusBoys, Otis Day and their collaboration is scheduled for release in the spring of 2010. Look for a new YouTube page on this site with links to the film and other BusBoys video. Additionally, The BusBoys will be filming performances and footage from tour dates that will be uploaded onto The BusBoys site.
